Monica discovered her love for Yoga back in 2009 while working for a wellness resort. From Asanas, Monica’s focus then shifted to the overall philosophy of Yoga too, and she got drawn to Meditation deeply. In her teaching Monica emphasises mindfulness & self-awareness and encourages a journey inwards through her teaching.
